How do you check your e-mail?

Programs you would like us to install - We cannot install paid programs (such as Word, Excel, Quickbooks, Photoshop) unless you provide a serial number or login credentials to download the program. There is no way to transfer a program from the old computer to the new computer, it must be installed the same way it was the first time. If you cannot provide this information we may be able to assist you in finding it at our hourly rate, otherwise the software must be purchased again.

By default we transfer My Documents, Desktop, My Music, My Videos and Favorites. If you have data in any other folder or programs that use files not in these locations, please let us know here or they will not be transferred.

If you have backups, please provide the details below so we can set them up again, and bring in your backup drive if applicable
Setup new backups? Please contact us with your credit card in order for us to setup cloud backups on your behalf.
